With more than 25 years of industry experience, Yana Billet serves as National Sales Manager, Systems Built, for Union Home Mortgage. She connects builders, retailers, and factory partners with UHM’s network of Certified Systems Built Construction loan officers, helping families successfully navigate the path to homeownership.
Yana oversees industry relations and cultivates strategic partnerships throughout the modular, manufactured, and systems-built housing sectors. Her team specializes in the complexities of off-site construction financing, delivering solutions that support both homebuyers and the housing professionals who serve them.
Beyond her role at UHM, Yana is the current Chair of the Virginia Manufactured and Modular Housing Association (VAMMHA) and is actively involved with other state housing association boards and industry committees. Her commitment extends well beyond her professional responsibilities. Through her leadership, collaboration, and continued service to the industry, she works to strengthen partnerships, advance education, and promote innovative, attainable housing solutions nationwide.
