Hi, I'm Sammie Wagner!
I've spent more than a decade in the mortgage industry, and if there's one thing I've learned, it's that no two people, homes, or financial situations are exactly alike. That's one of the things I love most about what I do!
I believe homeownership is about so much more than a mortgage. It's about building a future, creating stability, and making memories. My job isn't simply to help you get a loan, it's to understand your goals, educate you on your options, and help you make confident financial decisions that make sense for your life.
One of my greatest strengths is finding a way forward, especially when the path isn't obvious. Mortgage lending isn't always clear cut, and I love the challenge of finding creative solutions to complex situations. Whether you're buying your first home, building your dream home, refinancing, or navigating a unique financial scenario, I'm not someone who gives up easily. I believe in exploring every reasonable option, thinking outside the box, and advocating for my clients every step of the way.
With experience in conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, construction, manufactured home, renovation, and specialty financing, I have a broad range of tools to help find the right solution for your needs. But just as importantly, I believe in making the process feel approachable, transparent, and personal. You deserve a lender who takes the time to listen, explains the why behind the numbers, and genuinely has your best interests at heart.
I'm also passionate about giving back to the industry and communities I serve. I'm proud to serve on the Oregon REALTORS® HOME Foundation, supporting housing opportunities, education, and the people who make our communities stronger.
Above all, I lead with heart. I care deeply about the people who trust me with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. My goal is to be your lender for life — someone you can call with questions, lean on for guidance, and trust to look out for you long after closing day.
Outside of work, I'm a proud mom of two incredible boys who keep me laughing, learning, and on my toes! Family means everything to me, and I understand firsthand that a home is so much more than four walls. It's where life happens.
